Children Dehydration

Dehydration is serious business. Sometimes it can be hard to keep track of child hydration throughout the day. One tip to keep in mind is that sleeping tends to be the longer periods of time that children do not get fluids. It is recommended to hydrate shortly after waking up from bedtime as well as nap time. Older children with good bladder control can intake fluids right before bed without wetting the bed. Don’t forget to keep up hydration during hot summer days and events that cause excessive sweating.
